HRIS Coordinator

The job is related to coordinating operations of HR Share Service team that services internal customers worldwide.
Delegating tasks and ensuring that all request are completed within established SLAs. Ensure that all request are handled and HR Community receives support necessary to run and work in the system effectively.

Key RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ticket and email request handling, as well as distribution of the requests among team members
• Working according to established and creating new processes in HRIS to ensure that support for the HR community is ongoing. Propose and introduce changes to the mentioned above process, to ensure that both system and the team run effectively
• Systematically educate and train users on system functionalities and run trainings, when new modules and functionalities are launched
• Creating standard high quality trainings and documentation (PM, VP, EC, reporting, etc.)
• Creating and updating user guides to reflect all changes to process and system functionalities
• Analysing potential conflicts & relationships in order to take appropriate action to limit conflicts
• Allocating time in team"s diary dedicated to learning and exploring the system together with its new functionalities
• Managing system Modules from Admin perspective and ensure smooth run of PM and Learning processes worldwide
• Ensuring that data confidentiality is not compromised by following established procedures and conducting audits of existing permissions
• Working with the wider HRIS team on data consistency and accuracy
• Managing of mass system changes and data extraction

REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduate with Bachelor degree
• Fluency in English language (both spoken and written)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Shared Service Centre (insourced or outsourced)/ Customer Support environment, (experience in HR dept. will be an asset)
• Management experience of small teams
• Knowledge of HR Process and Systems (preferable knowledge of SuccessFactors or LMS Plateau)
• Good working knowledge of MS Office programs
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with end users to identify issues, propose solutions and follow up execution, combined with strong customer focus
• Able to conduct research to identify the root cause of the issues
• Ability to analyse data for accuracy and integrity
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong team player, who is dedicated to team success
