Key responsibilities:
• Respond to commercial requests and general inquiries of CEVA customers. Build up and foster good relationship with customers
• Calculate, quote, sell and promote by phone our products to existing and new / potential customers
• Provide general support to field sales such as negotiating best ad-hoc rates and conditions with airlines/ shipping lines, preparing presentations & offers, following up with customers on submitted offers (in coordination with field sales)
• Perform pro-active sales promotion/ marketing activities on the phone. Establish quotes as well as pricing / service offers. Send offers to customers, follow up consistently and acquire business. Align activities with field sales
• Prepare quotations for CEVA network (ad-hoc) as well as handle CEVA RFQ/tenders
• Support BD reporting, provide field sales with necessary business statistics
• Performing back-up role for field sales (if needed)
• Actively support achievement of company targets, GR/NR

The ideal candidate:
• University degree preferred but will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
• Proven & successful experience in freight forwarding business/ logistics company
• Min. 2 years of work on similar position of Inside sales/ sales support/ telesales and/or experience in quotations, rates/ prices calculations & customer communication
• Proven and successful experience in freight-forwarding business/ logistics company
• Solid air & ocean freight products knowledge & developed network/ contact to suppliers within forwarding
• Polish & English languages skills on very good level (both written and oral)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently
• Well- developed interpersonal, relationship management and negotiating skills.
• Good problem solver & team player attitude
• Good organizational and analytical skills
