Sales Executive Air&Ocean

  • To grow profitable new business for freight forwarding services, with special focus on ocean and air freight
  • Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve revenue growth
  • Build and manage your own portfolio of clients by calling on existing or potential prospects via sales visits
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and excellent customer service
  • Monitor and stay abreast of developments in our business environment and gain advantage by thoroughly understanding the competitive landscape


  • University degree preferred but will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
  • At least 5 years’ work experience in freight forwarding and at least 2 years sales experience in road-freight is a must
  • Solid ocean and air transport products knowledge (working with Intermodal products is an advantage)
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently
  • Works well under pressure and stress
  • Strong verbal and written communication & presentation skills
  • Developing relationship management and negotiating skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • English skills well developed (both written & spoken)
  • Valid, unrestricted driving license (B category) holder, combined with driving practice
  • Flexible & ready to travel
