Overall objectives and responsibilities:

The job purpose is to develop, perform and maintain tenders and solution design activities of the organization to obtain maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organization while achieving customer satisfaction.

Implement and improve solution design and tender process in Ground Europe Control Tower in order to support sales objectives and the day-to-day management of the sales support process ensuring the consistent supply of high-quality services.


  • Manage and monitor the overall performance of the tender process team to obtain maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for Control Tower
  • Identify the best combination of solution concept for client, along with the most cost-effective shipment consolidations
  • Identify the best combination of solutions concept for a client, along with the most cost-effective transport consolidations
  • Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of tenders, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer
  • Contacting the client and being able to defend from a technical point of view the prepared offers
  • Analysis of the reasons for winning or losing tenders and implementing lessons learned in order to create an optimised solution for customers


  • Tender experience of at least 2 years in a ground transportation organisation or department within a multi-national enterprise
  • At least 2 years of experience in designing transport solution
  • Good knowledge of Tender dynamics in relation to transport solutions
  • Good project management skills
  • Able to work to deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent knowledge of the English and Polish language is a must (both written and verbal)
  • Demonstrate sound commercial awareness and ability to successfully navigate market trends
  • High standard of communication and presentation skills
